A two-day workshop titled "Career Gear" was successfully organized on 26th and 27th June 2025 to guide students on career readiness and professional development.
The program commenced with a prayer song, followed by a warm welcome address. The Secretary, Rev. Mother Finniayan, honored the Chief Guest and Resource Person, Mr. Joseph P., Senior Software Engineer at AICE, Chennai, recognizing his valuable contribution and presence.
The first session began at 10:30 AM on the first day, where Mr. Joseph shared deep insights into career planning, industry expectations, and essential skills needed to succeed in the tech field. His session was informative and engaging, sparking great interest among the participants.
The second day continued with interactive segments, including small games and group activities designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. These activities added a dynamic element to the workshop and kept the participants enthusiastic.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the resource person, organizers, and all the participants for making the workshop a fruitful and enriching experience.
